Wanda Granier is CEO and majority owner for BridgeWork Partners. She is in charge of the overall success of BridgeWork Partners.

Wanda’s experience includes 18+ years in talent acquisition and human resources consulting specialties and management. Under her leadership, the company continues to grow in sales, gross margin, client acquisition, and profitability since the inception in 2008. Wanda is a passionate, visionary human resources professional with a strong track record of building teams and winning clients for long-term partnerships. Wanda is a servant leader who believes in the three Core Values of BridgeWork Partners and leads by example every single day: 1. Take care of our Customer, 2. Make a difference in our Community, and 3. Build a Culture of team spirit that is committed to individual and overall team growth. Wanda makes work fun, but she expects the best from her team.

In 2014, Wanda received the Minority Business Leadership award by the Dallas Business Journal, she was among 22 awardees from the DFW area who exhibit strong commitment and leadership to the minority business community. At BridgeWork Partners, Wanda is a champion for helping advocate for supplier diversity, and is the leader of building the “Mentor Protégé” initiative to partner with other women and minority owned companies. BridgeWork Partners currently teams with two Mentor Protégé companies to assist in coaching, partnering, and overall growing initiatives to further other M/WBE’s in the business community.

Wanda is actively involved in the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce as she served as 2014-2015 Chairman of the Board of Directors, which has become the #2 largest chamber in North Texas in 2015. Wanda served as a 2015 board member for Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce and is a member of Hispanic 100, a women’s organization which serves as a network for increased participation of Hispanic women regarding mentorship and leadership and the advancement of women in the business community. In addition, Wanda serves as an Advisory Board member for BBVA Compass and is a 2015-2015 board member for Dallas Convention & Visitor’s Bureau. She volunteers for the Women’s Business Council Southwest. She has also actively been involved in the DFW Minority Supplier Development Council for several years and is Chair for the Professional Services Industry Group. Wanda was awarded MBE Volunteer of the Year by the DFW MSDC as well as Entrepreneurial Pacesetter of the Year by the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. In 2016, Wanda was a recipient of the Hispanic Business Salute Award for her leadership by Telemundo 39. Wanda also received the 2016 Lifetime Achievement Award by the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

In addition to volunteering to benefit other social causes, Wanda is passionate about making a difference in the lives of those touched by cancer with the hopes of finding cures for this life threatening disease. She has been involved in numerous volunteer activities for cancer research benefitting M.D. Anderson in Houston, Texas, American Cancer Society Relay for Life, and Jonathan’s Stage benefitting Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Wanda has been instrumental in building a company philanthropy program for BridgeWork Partners, which allows employees to dedicate volunteer hours to designated social and civic causes.

Wanda is a graduate from the University of Texas at Austin and attended Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in Hanover, New Hampshire, “Building a High-Performing Minority Company.”
