As Partner of BridgeWork Partners, Amy Legate assists in recruiting with the service delivery and recruiting team, offering 20+ years of experience.

During her career, Amy has had ongoing direct hire experience sourcing IT professionals, management, finance, HR professionals, marketing and an array of positions for clients locally and nationally. She has leveraged multiple engagement processes and Applicant Tracking Systems and has worked with multi-thousand databases for clients. In addition, she has worked in RPO HR environments to hiring full-time positions in collaboration with HR.

As Director of Service for Veritude, a Fidelity Investments Company, her role was expanded to include multiple on-site partnerships throughout the U.S. and Canada. She managed approximately $100,000,000 in temporary services revenue, which included over 1,600 temporary associates. As a senior operational resource versed in staffing processes, employment law, and skill assessments, she provided a layer of operational oversight that focused on the unification of business processes. Prior to joining Veritude, Amy worked in the human resources department for a nationwide 3,700 employee based company. Her work covered all areas of health and welfare benefits, service awards, tuition reimbursement, relocation, and compensation and performance management.

Amy has also engaged with clients as an HR leader of Talent Acquisition through BridgeWork Partners. Here she effectively assisted in growing, developing, and collaborating with the HR leadership to implement process improvement and HR talent acquisition effectiveness. She has worked with partnerships to build long-term business relationships that yield high client satisfaction and growth.

Wanda Granier is CEO and Majority Owner for BridgeWork Partners, a Hispanic Owned Firm, which specializes in Human Resources Consulting and Talent Acquisition since 2008.

With 22 years in the industry, Wanda is a passionate, visionary human resources professional with a strong track record of building teams and winning clients for long-term partnerships.

Wanda makes work fun, but she expects the best from her team.

Wanda is a Past Chairman for the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and has also been the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award.

She has also served as a board member for Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce, board member for VisitDallas, Girls Scouts of North Texas, and is a member of Hispanic 100. She has supported the DFW Minority Supplier Development Council for several years and has served as Chair for the Professional Services Industry Group.

Wanda has been involved in numerous volunteer activities throughout the North Texas area over the years, and she has been instrumental in building a philanthropy program for BridgeWork Partners, which allows employees to dedicate volunteer hours to designated social and civic causes.

Wanda is a graduate from the University of Texas at Austin and attended Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in Hanover, New Hampshire, “Building a High-Performing Minority Company.”

Samantha Jacoby is Partner for BridgeWork Partners. In her role at the firm, she is VP, Marketing & People. She works with key account management and strategic development of client partnerships. She is experienced in business development and RFP writing with a proven tracked record of success. In addition, she co-leads the marketing vision and execution for BridgeWork Partners. Samantha has experience with content creation, design tools, digital marketing, social media, website creation and management, and data analytics.

Samantha joined BridgeWork Partners after graduating in 2010. Starting as a Recruiting Coordinator, Samantha assisted with all steps of the hiring process. She worked to comply with HR audits, quality control metrics, workers’ compensation, and unemployment processes to ensure timeliness of all deliverables. In addition, Samantha became versed in the payroll process and effectiveness to ensure proper billing and timekeeping for our employees and clients.

Her “Can Do Attitude,” eventually led her to a promotion of Recruiter. Here she gained extensive knowledge working with several clients from the onset of a business relationship, to achieving high customer service scores and references, as well as working with HR issues and service delivery recovery. She is versed in recruiting for IT & Professional positions as well as temporary positions. She spent several years involved in the recruiting and selection of candidates while working with legal compliance issues, E-Verify, and client and database management.

Due to her continued success and amazing dedication, Samantha was promoted to Account Manager. In this role, she worked on building client relationships while continuing to assist with job requisitions, recruitment of positions, project staffing initiatives, as well as tracking metrics for the Mentor Protégé partnerships for BridgeWork Partners’ supplier diversity and teaming relationships.

Samantha is very passionate about our philanthropy “BridgeWorkGives” program and has been a champion for our cause during and outside normal work hours volunteering for so many causes such as Cornerstone Ranch which is a program for adults who are mentally disabled. Samantha has been involved in numerous causes to support cancer research including M. D. Anderson in Houston, Texas and Relay for Life which benefits the American Cancer Society. She has volunteered in the burn unit at Parkland Hospital, and has dedicated time to Prevent Child Abuse America, Girl Scouts of the USA, and many other social and civic causes. Not only has Samantha volunteered locally, but she has also traveled to New York to feed the homeless and work in different shelters. In addition, Samantha has been a volunteer for the 33-year-old “Stars on the Rise” program at the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, which has awarded over $33M in scholarships to disadvantaged students.

In 2015, Samantha was featured in the Dallas Morning News in an article called “Too Happy to Hop,” demonstrating the strong value the millennial workforce brings to the economy and the business world today. Her journey with BridgeWork Partners has been a fascinating one and has been filled with an incredible work ethic and passion for customer service excellence.

Samantha is a graduate from Texas Tech University and holds Bachelor's degrees in English and Spanish as well as a minor in Communications. Wreck 'em!

Jennifer Lewis is the VP of Talent Acquisition & Operations for BridgeWork Partners. Jennifer leads the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Team to drive positive results for our clients. She implements recruitment, staffing, and retention strategies that support our team to meet the needs of our Clients and our Temporary Associates.

Jennifer partners closely with our Account Managers, as well as our team’s Human Resources and the Recruiting departments in developing process improvement. She works diligently to streamline workflows to achieve good time to fill for job openings. Jennifer also continuously works to analyze data and trends to ensure the company is leveraging creative and effective recruiting sites.

Working closely with senior management to monitor team performance, Jennifer works diligently to troubleshoot any obstacles to keep strengthening the service delivery for our Clients and Temporary Associates. From Applicant Tracking System effectiveness, Scorecard Methodology, job requisition design, sourcing, pre-screening and interviewing, pre-employment checking, compliance, offers of employment, and on-boarding are all areas of the company which Jennifer is extensively involved in to help the team be successful for our Clients.

Jennifer is the recipient of the company’s “Circle of Excellence,” for 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, AND 2024 due to outstanding contributions to the team.

Prior to joining BridgeWork Partners in 2016, Jennifer was a strong and committed team player and leader at TECO Partners where she worked from 2005 to 2016. At TECO, was the recipient of several promotions due to her loyalty, positive team player spirit and great attitude. Jennifer is a fantastic asset to the BridgeWork Partners.

Jennifer is a graduate of Saint Leo University in Saint Leo, Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Marketing.

Over the span of nine years in management consulting and research across more than 16 diverse industries, Dennise has refined expertise in negotiation, executive search, leadership, B2B sales, and LinkedIn networking. She brings enriched financial acumen and client-centered proficiency to add tremendous value to our clients and our team.

Dennise will be concentrating on bridging the gap for BridgeWork Partners, leading the Ft Worth team, and opening doors for us in the Fort Worth area. Additionally, she will assist us in further expanding our BridgeWorkSEARCH, professional and executive search, as part of our business pillars.

Shannon Payne is a dynamic leader in executive search and talent acquisition, with a strong foundation in education, instructional leadership, and data-driven decision-making. Currently serving as Director of Executive Search at BridgeWork Partners, Shannon specializes in executive recruiting, leadership placement, and strategic talent solutions. Her expertise in human resources and recruitment allows her to drive impactful hiring strategies, helping organizations secure top-tier talent. Some of the roles Shannon has focused on include College President’s, CFO’s, Vice Chancellor’s, College Deans, Marketing Executives, HR Leaders, etc.

Since joining BridgeWork Partners in 2021, Shannon has rapidly progressed through various leadership roles, from Sourcer to Executive Recruiter & Team Lead, and now Director of Executive Search. Additionally, she became a partner in 2024 and has received Circle of Excellence awards 3 years. Her ability to identify, attract, and place high-level executives has been instrumental in the firm’s continued success. Shannon’s strategic approach to talent acquisition is informed by her background in education, where she honed skills in leadership development, performance evaluation, and personalized coaching.

Before transitioning into executive search, Shannon spent over six years in education, serving as a 5th Grade Science Teacher at Conroe ISD and a 4th Grade Teacher at Uplift Education. During this time, she excelled as a team lead, facilitating curriculum development and implementing data-driven instruction that led to measurable student success. As a Teach For America Corps Member, she worked in under-resourced schools, reinforcing her passion for mentorship, leadership development, and creating meaningful opportunities for individuals to grow.

Shannon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University, which provides her with a deep understanding of human behavior, motivation, and organizational dynamics. With a unique blend of education, talent strategy, and leadership development, she continues to drive excellence in executive search and human capital consulting.

Paul Granier is Vice President of Finance & Information Technology for BridgeWork Partners. Paul leverages his extensive Information Technology acumen, Security Pre-Sales Consulting industry background and talent acquisition expertise to partner on technical recruiting engagement opportunities with our clients.

Paul’s experience includes 25+ years in Network Security, Pre-Sales Consulting, IT organizational leadership, exceptional project management, and talent acquisition. Prior to joining BridgeWork Partners, Paul’s cybersecurity background began as a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer at ArcSight. He was promoted through the ranks for effectively driving sales, as well as, building a world-class Pre-Sales Consulting team.

Paul has worked with start-up companies which specialize in enterprise application integration, ETL and data warehousing software, as well as one of the largest technology and security companies in the United States. His strengths include strategic planning, working with Pre-IPO venture capital backed companies, organizational planning and improvement, communication and relationship management, as well as building and maintaining high functioning diverse teams through effective coaching and mentoring.

As Vice President of Pre-Sales Engineering at HP Enterprise Security, Paul led the 225+ person global security Pre-Sales team with a product portfolio that included TippingPoint (IPS), Fortify (Application Security), ArcSight (Security Information and Event Management), and Atalia (Encryption).

Paul holds a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University.
