Paul Granier is Vice President of Technical Recruiting, Security Pre-Sales/Consulting/Sales for BridgeWork Partners. Paul leverages his extensive Information Technology acumen, Security Pre-Sales Consulting industry background and talent acquisition expertise to partner on technical recruiting engagement opportunities with our clients.
Paul’s experience includes 23+ years in Network Security, Pre-Sales Consulting, IT organizational leadership, exceptional project management, and talent acquisition. Prior to joining BridgeWork Partners, Paul’s cybersecurity background began as a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer at ArcSight. He was promoted through the ranks for effectively driving sales, as well as, building a world-class Pre-Sales Consulting team.
Paul has worked with start-up companies which specialize in enterprise application integration, ETL and data warehousing software, as well as one of the largest technology and security companies in the United States. His strengths include strategic planning, working with Pre-IPO venture capital backed companies, organizational planning and improvement, communication and relationship management, as well as building and maintaining high functioning diverse teams through effective coaching and mentoring.
As Vice President of Pre-Sales Engineering at HP Enterprise Security, Paul led the 225+ person global security Pre-Sales team with a product portfolio that included TippingPoint (IPS), Fortify (Application Security), ArcSight (Security Information and Event Management), and Atalia (Encryption).
Paul holds a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University.
