Meredith Golden Leads Human Resources for BridgeWork Partners. Meredith oversees and executes all HR programs and procedures. In addition, she handles operating duties for the company.
Meredith’s Human Resources experience includes HR operations, HR audit, compliance, recruiting and staffing, community relations, employee programs, HR mentorship program, and Visa sponsorship processes and execution. She is responsible for executing on boarding processes, benefits administration, employee relations, payroll, reporting, HR audit, Visa immigration sponsorship compliance, and ensuring HR compliance for the company. Since her start with BridgeWork Partners, Meredith has effectively implemented and updated many Human Resources policies and procedures. In addition, Meredith co-leads the Mentor Protégé program for BridgeWork Partners where she is dedicated to the training and partnership of the firm’s minority and disabled veteran HR partnership. Meredith is also responsible for the firm’s summer HR internship program dedicated to exposing college students to training and hands-on HR experience under her leadership.
Meredith’s strong organizational skills and research aptitude have also led to the management of several operational duties for the company. Currently she manages many of the accounting procedures such as invoicing, payment processing, and financial records. She also contributes to client management and sub-partner relations, always willing to go above and beyond to provide exceptional HR leadership and support.
Prior to joining BridgeWork Partners, Meredith worked in Human Resources within employee and community relations at a major Fortune 500 company. She handled various employee perks programs, as well as the corporate communications initiatives. She assisted with the local high school intern program and the company’s educational outreach programs for several partner schools. There, she sat on the board for the company’s community involvement program.
Meredith is a member of SHRM and DallasHR and actively participates to continue her growth and knowledge within Human Resources. She also volunteers for multiple causes through BridgeWork Partners’ “BridgeWorkGives” philanthropy program and currently serves as a mentor for a high school student through a partner program with a local school.
Meredith is a Dallas native. She is a graduate from Southern Methodist University and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and business.
