Jennifer Lewis is the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition & Service Delivery for BridgeWork Partners. Jennifer leads the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Team to drive positive results for our clients. She implements recruitment, staffing, and retention strategies that support our team to meet the needs of our Clients and our Temporary Associates.
Jennifer partners closely with our Account Managers, as well as our team’s Human Resources and the Recruiting departments in developing process improvement. She works diligently to streamline workflows to achieve good time to fill for job openings. Jennifer also continuously works to analyze data and trends to ensure the company is leveraging creative and effective recruiting sites.
Working closely with senior management to monitor team performance, Jennifer works diligently to troubleshoot any obstacles to keep strengthening the service delivery for our Clients and Temporary Associates. From Applicant Tracking System effectiveness, Scorecard Methodology, job requisition design, sourcing, pre-screening and interviewing, pre-employment checking, compliance, offers of employment, and on-boarding are all areas of the company which Jennifer is extensively involved in to help the team be successful for our Clients.
Jennifer is the recipient of the company’s “Circle of Excellence,” for 2018, 2019, 2020, AND 2021 due to outstanding contributions to the team.
Prior to joining BridgeWork Partners in 2016, Jennifer was a strong and committed team player and leader at TECO Partners where she worked from 2005 to 2016. At TECO, was the recipient of several promotions due to her loyalty, positive team player spirit and “I Can Do Attitude.” Jennifer is a fantastic asset to the BridgeWork Partners.
Jennifer is a graduate of Saint Leo University in Saint Leo, Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Marketing.
